I bought access and the app still shows it locked.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. The app asks Apple for the purchase record on the Apple Account signed in on the device. If you bought on a different Apple Account, sign in to that one in iOS Settings first. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase; do not send the receipt number in full.
Does anything renew or charge me again?
No. 90-Day Access is one payment for 90 days. Lifetime Access is one payment with no expiry. Neither is a subscription, and nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
My 90 days ended. What happens to my progress?
It stays. Practice, the daily plan and mock exams lock; your history, readiness and review queue are kept on your phone. Buying 90-Day Access again starts a new 90 days from that day. Buying it again before it ends adds 90 days to the current end date.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made from Apple, so refunds are Apple's decision. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We cannot issue refunds ourselves and cannot see who has asked for one.
A question is wrong, unclear or out of date.
Tap the "…" button on the question and choose Report a question. It opens an email with the question's id filled in; say what you think is wrong. Or write to support@passline.app with the question's id. A person checks every report against the regulation, and a fix ships as a content update without an App Store release.
Will the app tell me if I will pass?
No. The readiness number is an estimate from your own answers, weighted the way the exam is weighted, and the projection is a trend line. They tell you where you stand against the pass line in the app and how far you have to go. They are not a prediction of your result on the real test.
Is there an account? How do I move to a new phone?
There is no account. Your progress is stored on your phone, and, when your version of the app offers it, in your private iCloud (Settings in the app shows "Synced with iCloud"). With iCloud on, a new phone signed in to the same Apple Account picks up where you left off. Without it, progress stays on the old phone. Access itself always restores through Apple (first answer above).
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Erase all progress. That removes everything on the phone and, when sync is on, the iCloud copy. Deleting the app does the same for the phone. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to ask us to delete, except email you have sent us; ask and we will delete it.
Reminders stopped arriving.
Check the app's Settings: the daily reminder toggle, and the time. Then iOS Settings → Notifications → NMLS Prep. Reminders stop on their own the night before your exam date, and after you tell the app you passed.
Is NMLS Prep affiliated with NMLS?
No. NMLS is a registered trademark of the State Regulatory Registry LLC. We are an independent publisher. The questions are original, written from the public regulations, and none is taken from the real test.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. NMLS Prep is for iPhone.
Still stuck?
Email support@passline.app. Include your iPhone model and iOS version, and for purchase problems the date you bought access. Please do not include actual exam questions; test takers agree to keep those confidential, and we will delete any we receive.
